ATHENA Curriculum for Executives
Six half-days, six phases, from Awareness to Adaptation. Structured AI strategy education for the management team and top management.
- 6 phases / 6 half-days
- Bookable modular
- Combinable with leadership advisory
- Fixed price
You are a leadership member. You have noticed: AI is not an IT topic. AI is a leadership question. But between an "interesting scoping session" and "structured learning with substance" there is almost nothing in the Swiss market.
The ATHENA curriculum closes this gap. Six half-days, six ATHENA phases, from Awareness to Adaptation. From "What is really happening out there?" to "How do I anchor learning as a permanent state?". One half-day per phase, with concrete exercises, pre-reads and reflection assignments. Bookable as a full track. Or modular, individually.

Common questions
Do I have to book all 6 phases?
No, you can book modules individually. But: A and T together are the foundation. One without the other is rarely useful.
Can I do this with my leadership team?
Yes, that is the recommendation. Up to 8 leadership members per half-day.
How much preparation and follow-up per half-day?
Pre-read 30–60 min, assignment after the half-day 1–2 h.
What if we need implementation mid-track?
Then we move from the curriculum to day-rate advisory or to implementation. The curriculum can be paused or run in parallel.
Is this scientifically validated?
No, it is a practical model. It works in practice, but it is not a peer-reviewed research framework.
