AI curriculum for executives

Six half-days, six classical implementation steps. Structured AI strategy education for the management team and top management.

  • 6 steps / 6 half-days
  • Bookable modular
  • Combinable with leadership advisory
  • Fixed price

You are a leadership member. You have noticed: AI is not an IT topic. AI is a leadership question. But between an "interesting scoping session" and "structured learning with substance" there is almost nothing in the Swiss market.

The executive curriculum closes this gap. Six half-days, six implementation steps, from the first situation assessment to an anchored routine. From "What is really happening out there?" to "How do we secure the result and keep learning alive?". One half-day per step, with concrete exercises, pre-reads and reflection assignments. Bookable as a full track. Or modular, individually.

Methodology in detail

The six steps

Step 1 · Analysis (half-day 1)

  • Learn to tell hype from value
  • Place the AI reality in Swiss SMEs in context
  • Recognise risks: shadow AI, the revised FADP, competence drift
  • Assignment: an AI inventory in your own company

Step 2 · Prioritisation (half-day 2)

  • Think from process to workflow
  • Transparency as a leadership task
  • Tech-stack decisions without tool sprawl
  • Assignment: sketch the first 3 use cases for your own operation

Step 3 · Process design (half-day 3)

  • People + AI > people alone
  • Augmentation instead of replacement
  • Guide cultural change in the team
  • Assignment: a communication concept for the AI rollout

Step 4 · Pilot & enablement (half-day 4)

  • Enable the team instead of overwhelming it
  • AI competence as an organisational capability
  • Learning formats for different employee profiles
  • Assignment: a training plan for your own departments

Step 5 · Operations (half-day 5)

  • Care as a permanent state
  • Feedback loops and lessons learned
  • Set up advisory structures
  • Assignment: define a monthly review format

Step 6 · Scaling (half-day 6)

  • Scale successful approaches
  • Expand what works. Bury what does not.
  • Strategy updates as a routine
  • Assignment: finalise the 12-month roadmap

Format

  • Per step: a half-day of 4 h, on-site or remote
  • Between steps: a 2–4 week pause for practice and reflection
  • Total track duration: 4–6 months
  • Between the phases: optional advisory at the day rate

Pricing

A fixed price per module; the configurator shows you the current price. Volume discount from 3 modules. The complete track with all 6 modules reaches the highest discount tier. If you combine it with CXO advisory, bonus conditions apply.

Common questions

Do I have to book all 6 phases?

No, you can book modules individually. But: A and T together are the foundation. One without the other is rarely useful.

Can I do this with my leadership team?

Yes, that is the recommendation. Up to 8 leadership members per half-day.

How much preparation and follow-up per half-day?

Pre-read 30–60 min, assignment after the half-day 1–2 h.

What if we need implementation mid-track?

Then we move from the curriculum to day-rate advisory or to implementation. The curriculum can be paused or run in parallel.

Is this scientifically validated?

No, it is a practical model. It works in practice, but it is not a peer-reviewed research framework.
