We facilitate a half-day, a full day or two days with your management and selected employees. We go through the most important areas of your business, identify use cases together, prioritise by ROI × feasibility. The result is a concrete roadmap your people helped shape themselves.

Frequently asked questions
How many participants?
Half-day up to 8, full-day workshop up to 12, 2-day up to 15. More makes co-creation hard.
Where does it take place?
At your premises, preferably. Or at an external workshop venue. Remote only in exceptions.
What preparation is needed?
A 60-minute pre-call with you, a short stakeholder survey (15 minutes per person), reading material for the participants.
What is the documentation afterwards?
Workshop documentation with a use-case list, prioritisation matrix, roadmap sketch and open questions.
Can the workshop lead into an implementation?
Yes. A common path: workshop → pilot implementation at the day rate. No lock-in.
