You want a classic consultant relationship? With a steering committee, a phase diagram and a six-month contract? Then we are the wrong address.
But you want someone who sits with you for a day, sets up n8n workflows with your tech lead or configures a Custom GPT, bills what they did, and is gone again after three days if that is what you want? Then yes. CHF 2,200 per day. Half days possible (CHF 1,100). You see what you pay for. And you see what comes out.

- Hardware (e.g. ThinkStation PGX at Lenovo list price)
- Tool licences (ChatGPT Enterprise, Power BI, Copilot)
- Travel time outside DACH
- Longer multi-week engagements without a daily rhythm. For that there is the guidance retainer.

Common questions
Why no hourly rate?
Hourly rates lead to hour counting. A day rate means: you book a day, I am there, we deliver. Half days possible. That is enough for most working sessions.
VAT?
Swiss VAT (8.1 %) is shown separately. CHF 2,200 is the net rate.
Minimum volume?
Half day (4 h, CHF 1,100). Beyond that, no minimum volume, no minimum contract.
Who is "the day rate"?
Johannes Ortloff in person. No junior subcontractor, no account manager as intermediary.
What if I notice after half a day that it does not fit?
Then it ends after the half day. We bill the half day and part ways. No penalty, no drama.
