Common questions
Is my SME too small for AI?
From around 20 employees there are enough repetitive processes for at least two sensible use cases. Below 10, a single tool is often enough.
What does the whole exercise cost?
Audit CHF 5,000–15,000 (fixed price). Implementation day rate CHF 2,200 × effort. Typical first project: CHF 15,000–40,000 incl. audit.
How long does it take?
Audit 2–3 weeks from contact. First implementations 5–15 days of Waldsee effort afterwards.
Do I need on-prem?
Not necessarily. For many office workflows, cloud AI with a revDPA-compliant contract is enough. On-prem becomes relevant with sensitive data. The audit clarifies that.
Will employees be replaced?
Not by what we recommend. Augmentation before replacement.
