Implementation Guidance: guidance instead of outsourcing

Your team builds. We are at your side. Day rate CHF 2,200 or monthly retainer. No lock-in, no junior subcontractor.

  • Guidance at the day rate
  • Monthly retainer possible
  • Johannes in person
  • Phase Harmony / Nurture

You have a tech lead or an ambitious developer who wants to build AI themselves. You do not want outsourcing. You want the knowledge and the solution to stay in-house.

But your team has no experience with n8n workflows, RAG pipelines, Custom GPT configuration or on-prem setups. That is exactly what the guidance is for. We are at your side, give architecture feedback, review code, help with stack decisions. You build.

Three guidance models

ModelFrequencyPrice
Occasional (day rate)as neededCHF 2,200 / day or CHF 1,100 / half day
Monthly retainer, light0.5–1 day / monthon request

What concretely happens in the guidance

  • Architecture reviews before major stack decisions
  • Code reviews for critical workflows
  • Tool selection: n8n vs. Make.com, ChatGPT Enterprise vs. Copilot, on-prem model choice
  • Pre-read creation for management meetings
  • Escalation help when a project stalls
  • Guidance on revDPA compliance questions

Common questions

What sets the guidance apart from the day-rate model?

Day rate = I build. Guidance = I am at your side, you build. Same price for both (CHF 2,200), different role.

Do I need a retainer?

No. Occasional days are enough for many teams. A retainer makes sense if you want regular ongoing guidance.

How is knowledge documented?

A short written summary at the end of the day, plus architecture sketches and decision notes. You own this documentation.

What if our team cannot manage it alone?

Then we move from guidance to build mode (day rate, same price, different role).

Can we book guidance only, without you building yourself?

Yes, that is exactly the point. Guidance is not a precursor, it is a standalone model.

Knowledge stays with you.
