What Waldsee does NOT do
We don't build 6-month BI transformations. We don't build greenfield data lakes. If you have 200 GB of unstructured logs, you need a data-engineering team, not us. We deliver where the data is already reasonably ordered and the dashboard is the missing link.

Where does the AI layer run?
Cloud LLM (ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude) or on-prem on a ThinkStation PGX, depending on data sensitivity.
What does a dashboard cost?
5–12 days of Waldsee effort at the day rate of CHF 2,200. Licence costs for the dashboard tools are separate.
Can you take over our Excel jungle?
Conditionally. If the Excel logic is clear, yes. If the Excel logic holds 15 years of cruft with two heroic workarounds, we say so honestly and propose a different path.
What happens after the build?
A short training for your team, plus guidance at the day rate when something new comes along.
