Waldsee Consulting is an owner-led boutique based in Central Switzerland. We advise Swiss SMEs on AI use cases: from spotting them to implementing them to enabling people. No consultant squad, no account managers, no subcontracting.
Who Johannes is
Johannes Ortloff is an AI transformation consultant based in Lucerne. He guides Swiss companies through AI transformation. From SMEs to the management of international tech firms. Focus: pragmatic use-case identification, hands-on implementation, enabling leadership and team. Three programmes for three levels: AI strategy for C-level, the AI Leadership Academy for management, AI Transformation Mastery for employee teams.
